1)  How do I track my package?     You will receive the tracking # in your shipping confirmation email.    Then go to usps.com and under tracking, cut and paste the tracking #.


 2) Have you received my exchange?  You will receive an email with the new

tracking number to the email that you have provided. If the email is not

seen in your inbox please check "Junk/Spam" folder from



3)  It looks like i got charged twice. What happened?  If during checkout,

you failed to enter in the correct information and the transaction did not

go through, a "pending" transaction is reflected on your online statement.

It will not go further than "pending" and funds will be released back to

you within a business day.  Only a transaction that has been successfully

completed will be billed to your account.


4) How do the measurements work?  There is a sizing chart affixed to every

applicable item in our store.  Our corsets fit on the small side.  So please

use your actual measurements when looking at the sizing chart.


5) How is an exchange/return done? Here is a link to our policies

 6)   An exchange will take too long.  I need the other size urgently.  What should I do?  The quickest way to get another size/item, is to just re-purchase on the site.  Then return the wrong sized item for a refund.    You will not be charged a re-stocking fee in this case.   Please just make sure to include in the note in the return package, to say that you bought another size so we shouldn't charge the re-stocking fee.

7) How can i use a promo code/my promo code doesn't work? To use a promo

code, you have to check out as a registered user of the site.  If you forgot or its

too late please email (customerservice@corsetchick.com) and we will apply

the discount for you after the sale, no problem :)


8) Do your corsets have boning?   Yes, all our corsets have boning.   Unless they say "steel boned" they use a lighter-weight boning that is more practical, and still does a good job providing that hour-glass figure.


9) Do your corsets have laces on the back?  Yes.   All corsets have laces in the back for a great, adjustable fit.


10) Do you offer discrete shipping?  Yes, all packages are 100% discreet.    Shipped in a plain polymailer with Oakland Park Clothing on the label.


11) Do you have a store front? No. However, orders over 500 may be picked

up locally.

12)  Do you ship to other countries?   Yes!  We ship worldwide to almost every country.   Some countries have problems with customs such as Brazil and Mexico, so we can't ship there..

13)  Returns/Exchanges?  

If you need to exchange something for another size then please send back to:
 Oakland Park Clothing LLC 10873 NW 52nd St Suite 1 Sunrise, Fl 33351 with a note including
 your buyer name and what size you need. Please include $3 for re-shipping (money order only please, no checks).
If you need it sent priority include $5.

If you are in a rush, it's best to just place another order, and then return the wrong sized
item for a refund. Just write in the return note that you placed an order for another size,
and we won't charge any re-stocking fee.
